Who we are
DiKnow Technologies UK provides business, scientific, chemometric and geospatial analytical services. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@diknow.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, area of interest and the information you include in your message. Please do not submit confidential datasets, special-category personal data or legally privileged material through the initial enquiry form.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the requested service, arrange demonstrations or consultations, prepare proposals and maintain reasonable business records. The lawful basis will ordinarily be taking steps at your request before a possible contract, our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries, or consent where specifically requested.
Sharing and international access
Information may be processed through service providers used for website hosting, security and business email, including Microsoft 365. It is not sold. Where work involves the United Kingdom and Ghana, authorised DiKnow personnel may access information only where necessary for the enquiry or engagement and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Unsuccessful or preliminary enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, legal, security and record-keeping purposes. Contract and project records may be retained for longer where professional or legal obligations require it.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Contact us using the address above. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This launch version does not intentionally use non-essential advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. If analytics or additional services are introduced, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change.
